- Orders: We no longer need to turn in member orders. The cannery bases its orders on inventory now rather than ward member orders. This is due to the fact that the cannery has been deemed a Regional Emergency Preparedness facility.
- Purchasing: Members can now purchase items in bulk or cans every Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (no canning session), or on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Volunteer Opportunities: We will be asking for 2-4 volunteers each month, from each ward, to participate in the canning session for our assigned Saturday. You do not need to purchase anything to serve. Look for sign-up sheets in RS binders.
- Youth age 14+ are eligible to participate as well. A parent and teen might chose to volunteer and provide service together.
- Non-members may also participate in canning sessions and purchase products if they have a member sponsor.
